Olmsted County offering virtual fitness classes

If you're trying to get creative with your fitness routine while gyms are closed ?

"* the olmsted medical center sports medicine and athletic performance facebook page is offering a solution.

The center is providing free fitness classes on its facebook page ... all you have to do is log in and show up.

The classes start at five thirty in the morning monday through thursday and friday's class is at twelve fifteen.

If you do not have equipment, you can still participate ... if you have weights at home, feel free to add those to your workout.

The assistant sports performance coach says she hopes the classes give we do not post the workout for later, so you do want to tune in live.

So the reason for doing that again is to just create some community and engagement between people.
