Zimmer bought 45,823 shares of USAP, for a cost of $5.64 each, for a total investment of $258,442.

Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, is trading down about 0.9% on the day Tuesday.

Before this latest buy, Zimmer purchased USAP at 3 other times during the past twelve months, for a total cost of $168,910 at an average of $10.18 per share.

And at NVR, there was insider buying on Friday, by Director Alexandra A.
