Sycamores hold their first practice

Welcome welcome back.... its an exciting time for college basketball programs...they've been hitting the court this week for their first official practices of the season... today it was the sycamores turn....isu held their first official practice of the 2020-2021 season, they went this afternoon at the isu arena.... one thing i noticed right away...a stronger jake laravia....the sophomore big man says he added 20 pounds this offseason.....he also grew a couple inches..... it may be a new year but somethings remain the same...tyreke key and cooper neese are still really good shooters..... d1 one grad transfers tj howard and randy miller looked solid and should really help isu this season with their playing ability and experience.... this is a program that last year went 18-12, it was the sycamores first winning season in six years....with what they return and the talent they brought in this is a group that believes they can do some really big things this year....
