New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft is sure to be feeling a sense of relief after prosecutors dropped a misdemeanor charge against him.
Newser reports the move came after the Florida 4th District Court of Appeal blocked their use of video that allegedly shows him paying for massage parlor sex.
The court found last month that Jupiter police violated the rights of Kraft and the other customers.
