In the video, filmed in Ngawa Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province on August 13, a woman in an orange dress pushed over the warning boards and bins on the side of the road when she was walking along Huanglong scenic and historic interest area.
According to reports, the woman named Qu was emotional as she had dispute with her husband.
Police took her to the police station and told her off.
