Virtual classes."

"its important to get our students back in school."

Superintendent, russell taylor said students will head back to school august 17th.

Classes will be traditional, but teachers will spread students apart to ensure social distancing.

Taylor believes traditional learning has more benefits than just teaching students effectively.

"students have a lot more needs than just the instructional needs that we provide.

For some of the students that' meals.

For some of the students it's being socialized."

When students return, staff will give them daily temperature checks and screenings.

Administrators are requiring each person to wear a mask.

They also hired extra custodians to help with sanitizing.

Custodians will wipe down desks and and bathrooms throughout the day.

Buses and school buildings will be disinfected with foggers every night.

"we've taken all summer.

Uh we've taken this time to really plan for sanitation, and to make this the safest school year as possible and safest start as possible" parents can choose to have their kids do distant learning.

Superintendent taylor said 250 out of 3000 students are signed up for virtual classes.

Taylor said he will announce if their are any changes to the plan before august 10th.
