Two men in southwestern China were spotted sitting on the top of a car as it was driving along a road on August 2.
In the video, shot in the city of Renhuai in Guizhou Province, two men are seen sat on a car roof when the vehicle drove along a busy road.
The two men reportedly stretched their bodies out of the car roof as the weather was hot.
Police stopped the car and fined the driver and passengers.
