Devotees in the Philippines attend mass outside church as capacity limited to 10%

Devotees attended mass outside churches in Manila, Philippines on Sunday (July 12) after places of worship were allowed to reopen with limited capacity.

Footage shows devotees social distancing outside the Minor Basilica of the Black Nazarene and Malate Church.

Churches are allowed to operate at a 10 percent capacity.
