As more churches partner to offer free covid-19 testing, it may impact cases.

Pastor otha everett: the key for us right now is to make sure we know who has the covid-19 but to also give them the opportunity to quarantine.

According to the georgia department of public health, there are nearly 73 thousand cumulative cases across the state.

With more testing available, cases may rise.

But if more people are tested, it helps track the virus.

Pastor otha everett: i've had people you know you going through the community itself say hey i don't want to know, but the reality is, is that it helps both.
