A little over a week ago, FOX 47 and the Scripps Howard Foundation partnered with the Greater Lansing Food bank for our Feeding Families campaign.
We had a goal to raise over 50,000 meals for Mid-Michigan families in need.
The response has been incredible.
Earlier today, Morning Blend host Bob Hoffman, our GM Gary Baxter and Michelle Lantz of the Greater Lansing Food Bank crunched the numbers to come up with our final tally.
We just raised 69,36 meals for Mid-Michigan.
