Just like everyone else, religious leaders are adaptating to this new normal.

Many going online.

As kezi 9 news reporter michael sevren shows us, they're willing to support those in need and celebrate those special moments in life.

Rector nancy gallagher says just like other churches they've been forced to close their doors.

They're not holding sunday mass, weddings, and even funerals sot: to just not worship together is heartbreaking.

To not be able to provide the chance to greave together, it would be very hard.

But some religious leaders have found a way still preach.

Pastor steve goble at ekklesia, a non denominational church, is bringing the church to homes through the internet.

He says they were planning to rent out mathew knight arnea for their easter service.

Now they're streaming online.

Sot: we've actully seen that we've been able to reach more people and people in different parts of the country.

Goble says he's stilling willing to do funerals and weddings if they can all fallow the governors orders.

He says they may do private services online.

But jake willaims and his fiance katie johnson are holding off on tying the knot.

Sot: it sucks, it's horrible we've been looking forward for this for a long six seven 8 months now.

Gallagher says they're working to do an online worship service.

But in the meantime she know they're not alone.

Sot: to know that god is joining us together even when we can't physically be together.

A faith that keeping their spirits high in these trying times.
