This musical spin onthe beloved classic Russianfairy tale celebrates thebeauty within each of us andreceives a contemporary twistby local creative team JosephMcDonough (playwright) andDavid Kisor (composer andlyricist).

This year'sproduction is the first timeit will have appeared on theETC stage in twelve years.With a revitalized script,intricate costumes, and alavish set, The Frog Princessis holiday fun for the entirefamily!

LynnMeyers.It is time for PrinceIvan to marry, but when hediscovers his bride-to-be isactually a frog, he istoad-ally disappointed.Vasilisa is more than yourtypical hoppy-go-lucky frog,thoughhe's a kindheartedprincess under a curse!

Whenthe villainous Old Bones takesVasilisa to a far-away land,Ivan sets out to find her,discovering along his journeythat love sees beyond outsideappearances.

"The drivingtheme of this show iskindness-it's aboutnon-judgment, not leaping (ifyou mind the pun) toconclusions, and being kind toone another," says ProducingArtistic Director D.
