Leo Varadkar: Ireland will have good relations with the UK no matter what

Taoiseach Leo Varadkar says Ireland and the United Kingdom will remain to have good relations after Boris Johnson and the EU agreed a revised Brexit deal.

The deal comes despite criticism from the DUP who suggest the new arrangements could affect peace in Northern Ireland.
