PG&E: Massive Power Shutoffs Affecting 800K Customers A 'Last Resort'

PG&E says it's a last resort measure to cut power to about 800,000 of its customers across the state.

34 counties are affected.

The shutoffs will hit all bay area counties except San Francisco.
