Javier alatorre was taken into custody early this morning in kansas city, missouri 9 people were shot and four died.

It happened around 1-30 a-m sunday after two people with hand guns opened fire at the tequila kc bar.

While the victims are hispanic police say they don't believe it was a hate crime.

There were about 40 people in the private club when the shooting happened.
