Boris Johnson: Delay to Brexit will cause permanant damage to our democratic system

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has confirmed that he plans to take the UK out of the European by October 31, suggesting that any further delay could cause irreparable damage to trust in the UK's democratic system.

Taoiseach Leo Varadkar says that attempting to negotiate any free trade agreements with the US or the EU without a deal will be a 'herculean task' for the PM.
