US Women's Soccer Team Looks Toward Lawsuit To Get Equal Pay

Twenty-eight female players sued the United States Soccer Federation for equal pay.

The women said talks with the federation broke down and now they’re looking to the courts for justice.

According to Reuters, they “eagerly look forward to a jury trial.” The lawsuit claims institutionalized gender discrimination, citing less pay for women with greater success than the men’s team.
