US Court Rules Against Trump Administration In Abortions For unaccompanied Immigrant Minors

The U.S. appeals court delivered a blow regarding immigration to the Trump administration policy.

The court ruled the U.S. government cannot deny access to abortions for unaccompanied immigrant minors According to Reuters, the 17-year-old in question was able to obtain her abortion after suing the administration.

Despite obtaining it, the Supreme Court decided to continue litigation to set a standard for future cases.
