Diet Low In Whole Grains, Dairy Linked To Higher Cancer Risk

New research shows eating too much of certain foods and not enough of others may be contributing to preventable cancers.

According to UPI, researchers from Tufts University found that more than 80,000 invasive cancers diagnosed in 2015 may be linked to diet-related causes.

About 16 percent of diet-related cancers were linked to obesity, and not eating enough whole grains was linked to the largest number and proportion of cancer cases.
