Trump's Trade War Raises Concerns

Cooperation between the US and China on issues including security is under threat as the trade war between the the two countries escalate.

Ely Ratner, director of studies at the Center for a New American Security, tells the Washington Post that the failure to reach a trade deal could see the US unleash harsher measures against China.

Business Insider reports possible flashpoints include the South China Sea or Taiwan, where Washington and Beijing are at loggerheads.
