The New York City landmark used to attract big names such as Michael Jackson and Steven Spielberg.

It’s associated heavily with the unpopular Trump name and the Russian scandal surrounding his presidency.

The building's occupancy rate has plunged to 83%, making its vacancy rate double the average in Manhattan.

According to investors, Trump hasn't updated the tower in years, adding to its undesirability.

The commercial portion of the building has also struggled, with more than 42,000 square feet of vacant office space.

The only boost in sales has come from his 2020 campaign team, who have spent over $890,000 in the past two years to rent space in the building.
