Stan Lee's ex manager has been accused of elder abuse against the late comic book legend.

A Los Angeles court official said on Monday (May 13) that Keya Morgan was charged on Friday (May 10).

A court spokesman told Los Angeles City News Service the charges include false imprisonment, fraud and forgery after an incident last summer when Lee was 95 years old.

And that there's a warrant out for Morgan's arrest.

Lee was the co-creator of "Spider-Man," "Iron Man," "The Hulk" and dozens of other Marvel superheroes.

He died in November last year.

Morgan, a New York-based memorabilia collector, became involved with Lee in 2017.

He was served with a restraining order last year after Lee's family accused him of elder abuse.

An attorney could not be located for Morgan, who last year denied allegations of abuse.

Court documents from 2018 show Morgan was accused of seizing control of Lee's Hollywood Hills home.

He allegedly hired security guards with orders to keep relatives and associates away - before moving the comic book creator to an unfamiliar condominium.
