Seven Wounded In Colorado High School Shooting, Just Five Miles Away From Columbine

At least seven people were wounded on Tuesday afternoon when gunfire erupted at a Colorado science and technology school.

According to Reuters, law enforcement and hospital officials said two suspects have been arrested and taken into custody.

The Science, Technology, Engineering and Math School is located in Highlands Ranch, about 25 miles south of Denver.

The shooting comes less than a month after the 20th anniversary of the Columbine High School massacre, about five miles from the STEM school.

In 1999, two Columbine students killed 13 people there before committing suicide.

Columbine was of the deadliest school shootings in U.S. history.
