Morning Workouts Could Be The Key To Better Decision Making And Memory: Study

As if waking up is not already hard enough, now a new study is telling us to go workout if we want to think more clearly and make better decisions during the day….

Where’s my coffee?????The research was published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine.

????The study of older adults between the ages of 55 and 80 who had relatively normal cognitive function, found that 30 minutes of walking on a treadmill was enough to boost a person’s memory and thinking throughout the day.????And those who squeezed in “walking breaks” throughout the day also had better short term memory in comparison to those who were sitting in their chairs all day long.????Proving that small changes to a daily routine could have a big impact in a person's life.????The importance of the results is that researchers believe this means one day we could have specific types of exercise than will specifically enhance cognitive skills, like memory or learning.????What's that?

You’re too busy and don’t have time for a walk?

Then take the stairs and not the elevator.??
