Nic Pizzolatto’s Idea For Season 4 Of ‘True Detective’ Could Be A Series Game-Changer

The finale of the third season of HBO's True Detective is little more than two months away, and according to Uproxx, creator Nic Pizzolatto is starting to look ahead to season four now.

However, it appears that he's scrapped the original idea he had for the next season, and has moved on to a new idea.

In fact, Pizzolatto described it as "the most exciting thing we could do with True Detective.” While it's unclear what that most "exciting thing" could be, it’s good to know that the ideas are percolating and that Pizzolatto is already eyeing a lead actor for season four.
