Ex-Minnesota Policeman Claims He Shot Australian Woman To Protect His Partner

According to a report by Reuters, on Thursday, an ex-Minnesota policeman on trial for murder said that he opened fire on an unarmed Australian woman who approached his car to protect his partner who was struggling to get his gun.

33 year-old Mohamed Noor has been charged with the murder of 40 year-old Justine Ruszczyk Damond, whom he shot through his patrol car window on the night of July 5th, 2017 while responding to her 911 call to report a possible sexual assault near her Minneapolis home.
