Hammond dismisses Farage's new Brexit Party

Philip Hammond attends the IMF Spring Meetings in Washington DC on the weekend of 12th-14th April.

The Chancellor is hopeful of getting Theresa May's Brexit deal agreed in Parliament in time to avoid the European Parliament election next month.
