Nevada Bureau Of Land Management Proposes Building Wall Around Burning Man

According to a report by Business Insider, Nevada's Bureau of Land Management has proposed constructing a 10-mile concrete barrier around Black Rock City, the patch of desert where the annual Burning Man festival takes place.
