Thai Opposition Party Leader Charged With Sedition

According to a report by CNN, on Saturday, the leader of a popular new party opposed to Thailand's military government was charged with sedition, the latest legal action taken against the billionaire since elections in March.

Reuters reports that it is the second criminal case to be filed by the military junta against 40-year-old Thanathorn Juangroongruangkit since forming the youth-backed Future Forward Party last year.
