Houston Area Petrochemical Disaster Stretches Into Sixth Day

According to a report by Reuters, on Saturday, fallout from a petrochemical fire outside of Houston continued for the sixth day as emergency workers struggled to remove volatile fuels from exposed tanks and ship traffic was disrupted at the nation's busiest oil port.

The fire reportedly damaged or destroyed 11 giant tanks that each held up to 3 million gallons of fuels used to make gasoline and plastics.
