Flooding and a landslide in Indonesia have left  at least 50 people dead  and injured around 60 others, according to Indonesia's disaster management agency.

The disasters come after days of rain sat over the country's eastern Papua province.

Rescue efforts have reportedly been difficult because the flooding and landslides have also destroyed roads and bridges.

A spokesperson for the country's National Disaster Mitigation Agency said the number of dead and injured may rise because some affected areas haven't been reached yet.
