Trump Says He'll 'Probably Have To Veto' Bill That Would End National Emergency Declaration

Hours before the Senate was scheduled to vote on a bill that would end President Trump's national emergency declaration, Trump admitted he didn't know what the vote would be, but would "probably have to veto" it.

"We have a border situation also," Trump told Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar.
