US Trade Rep Suspends Scheduled Tariff Increase

According to Reuters, the US Trade Representative’s office said scheduled tariff increase on Chinese goods have been formally suspended.

The announcement follow's Donald Trump’s decision to delay a deadline he set to finalize a trade deal between the US and China.

Earlier in the day, US Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer said his office was proceeding with a legal process to delay the tariff increase.
