U.S. Appeals Court Upholds AT&T-Time Warner Merger

Business Insider reports that an appeals court on Tuesday upheld the AT&T-Time Warner merger.

The ruling was issued more than eight months after federal judge Richard Leon approved the $85 billion merger between AT&T and Time Warner.

The US Department of Justice appealed the original decision, under the pretense that Judge Leon didn't fully understand the case.
