Senate Confirms Bill Barr As US Attorney General

According to Reuters, the US Senate has confirmed William Barr as the nation's attorney general.

The Senate voted 54-to-45 to confirm Barr, with most senators voting along party lines.

Now confirmed, Barr could be sworn in as the 85th US Attorney General by the end of the week.
