Flood Warnings Issued as Pennsylvania Braces for Snow and Heavy Rain

Severe rain was forecast for Western Pennsylvania with flood warnings in place and snow in parts.The National Weather Service warned drivers in Pittsburgh to drive carefully as snow would stick to untreated roads.Local reports said 2019 was due to be the wettest year on record with precipitation levels on course to meet the 2018 record of 57.83 inches of rain.This footage shows show and hailstones falling in Squirrel Hill, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
