Paul Simon Ends Farewell Tour In His Hometown

On Saturday, Paul Simon ended his 'Homeward Bound Farewell Tour' in the singer-songwriter's hometown of Queens, New York.

According to Rolling Stone, the 76-year-old isn’t retiring and hasn’t ruled out occasional future performances.

However, he says this is his last time out on the road.

Simon performed at Flushing Meadows Corona Park, which he says was a 20-minute bicycle ride from where he grew up.

Saturday, he ended the landmark night with his first big musical hit, The Sound of Silence.
