Trump Administration To Ask Supreme Court To Decide Census Dispute
Donald Trump’s administration says it will seek immediate Supreme Court review in a new bid. The big is to implement its contentious plan to ask people taking part in the 2020 national census... ...whether they are U.S. citizens after a judge blocked it, according to Reuters. District Judge Jesse Furman ruled that Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross has shady motives. Furman says Ross, who oversees the census, concealed the true motives for his decision.
