While we may all be readily focused on the here and now, it’s always important to take a close look back at where we’ve all come from – and each week, we make sure to glance at some of history’s defining moments from our current seven days. Who’s to say what has happened in centuries past this week? Let’s jump in our time machine and take a look at September 10th to 16th in history.

September 11th, 2001 – The World Trade Center Attacks

September 12th, 1940 – The Lascaux Cave Paintings Discovered
Quite what four teenagers and their dogs expected to find down a trek through a hole in France remains to be said – but what was unveiled that day transpired to be cave paintings of around 17,000 years old. To this day, they’re known as the Lascaux Cave Paintings – and they’re a huge link to our ancient past.

September 13th, 1969 – Scooby-Doo Debuts
