Sen. Jack Reed says Mueller report doesn't "constitutes grounds to begin impeachment proceedings"

In an interview for "The Takeout Podcast," Reed told CBS News Chief Washington correspondent Major Garrett that there hasn't been enough evidence to start impeachment hearings.
