Obama: "No need" for new Iran sanctions with diplomacy ongoing

President Obama urged Congress to hold off on passing new sanctions against Iran as talks about that country's nuclear program continue. "Let's test how willing they are to actually resolve this diplomatically and peacefully," he said.
