Nebraska holds off Penn State, 30-23, to drop Nittany Lions to 0-4 this season

Despite a late Penn State Nittany Lions surge, the Nebraska Cornhuskers were able to hang on, 30-23, and keep their opponents winless on the year. Penn State is just the fourth team ever to be a preseason top 10 team and start 0-4.
