Ferrari says spin, not strategy, cost Vettel

Ferrari boss Mattia Binotto has refuted Sebastian Vettel's claim the team's strategy at the 70th Anniversary Grand Prix "didn't make any sense", saying the German compromised his race by spinning at the start.
