Trump says no decision yet on WHO funding as he mulls plan to match Chinese payments

President Trump on Saturday said that no decision has yet been made on funding to the World Health Organization, and that a plan first reported by Fox News to restore 10 percent of funding to the embattled organization is one of a number of ideas being considered.
