BMC demolition of Kangana home illegal, malafide: HC

The Bombay high court on Friday held that the BMC’s action of razing renovations in actor Kangana Ranaut’s bungalow in Mumbai’s Bandra area, was “illegal and high-handed” and “actuated by malafides”.
