In 1st foreign case, NIA to probe Af gurdwara attack

National Investigation Agency (NIA), in its first probe involving an act of terror against an Indian citizen on foreign soil, has filed a case in connection with the March 25 bombing on a gurdwara in Kabul, Afghanistan.
