Japan postpones 2020 Summer Olympics to 2021

As the coronavirus pandemic erupts to more than 400,000 cases worldwide, Japan announced that the Summer Olympics will be pushed to 2021. Meanwhile, India is enforcing the biggest lockdown in the world with more than a billion people quarantined. Ramy Inocencio reports.
