Armenia claims Azerbaijan violated fresh cease-fire in Nagorno-Karabakh

Armenia accused Azerbaijan of firing artillery shells, just minutes after the new cease-fire over Nagorno-Karabakh went into effect. The two sides had agreed on a new "humanitarian truce" after an earlier effort failed.
