The board of directors of Pittsburgh Public Schools unanimously voted Friday afternoon to postpone in-person instruction for the first nine weeks of the school year.  About 1,200 people tuned in to watch via livestream video of the vote.   School board member Kevin Carter introduced the resolution calling for the postponement earlier this month.  “Are you willing to gamble the lives of students and staff?” Carter said. “Because that is what this vote means today.”  Minika Jenkins,…
