Kansas City will require — beginning Monday — that people wear masks in public spaces like grocery stores and at indoor events. The mask order comes as spread of Covid-19 has picked up in the area and in many other parts of the country. Mayor Quinton Lucas announced on Friday an update to the city's Covid-19 emergency order.
